Money raised so far: $5418 22 days left to fundraise
THE PLAN
So I have this very very ambitious workout plan I've made for myself which I've already failed at. However, writing it down makes it more real, so here's the plan:
Monday: Lift weights
Tuesday: Short run on treadmill (~4 miles)
Wednesday: Day off
Thursday: Short run on treadmill
Friday: Lift weights
Saturday or Sunday: Longer run (> 7 miles), and one day off
Can I do it? Let's hear a resounding, "Probably not!" Woo!
I have a feeling (i.e. a dull pain) telling me that my right IT-band pain is probably going to return on my next run. Tuesday I did a short run, but I did it faster than I usually do, which I may have not been ready for. I've been having a little bit of pain in my right knee, and the popping in my hip has returned a bit. I should probably see my chiropractor again...
I've also realized that this website is sort of misnamed, now that I've finished marathon training now. I'll redo that sometime soon. I'm thinking http://run.shashachu.com/ would work. If only there were ".run" domains.
